A real business project.
A business you run, a product you’re building, a service you’re testing, or a specific idea you’re validating. Pre-revenue and part-time both count.
Prenzlauer Berg · Tuesday evenings
Berlin · Prenzlauer Berg · English · November 2026
A small peer group for solopreneurs and indie hackers using AI to build independent businesses. Bring what you’re working on. Learn from people doing the same.
One payment. Two evenings. No subscription.
Full refund if we can’t offer you a place or the pilot is cancelled.
01 / The people
You don’t need a successful business yet, a large audience, or advanced AI skills. You do need something you’re actively working on.
A business you run, a product you’re building, a service you’re testing, or a specific idea you’re validating. Pre-revenue and part-time both count.
You’re using AI in your business or testing a practical way to apply it. An AI product isn’t required. A concrete workflow or experiment is.
Bring a demo, a useful failure, a question with context, or an insight from doing the work. Listen closely and help others think things through.
Not strictly a solopreneur? Independent consultants and owners of intentionally small businesses are welcome too. The shared focus is a real project, practical AI use, and a willingness to contribute—not a particular job title.
02 / The format
No stage. No teacher–student split. A consistent group working through real decisions, sharing what works—and what doesn’t.
Bring the work
An AI workflow, a product experiment, a customer test, or a process you’ve improved. A rough demo is more useful here than a polished pitch.
Think together
Work through a business challenge with people who have different experience. Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and offer practical help.
Come back to it
Choose a next experiment. Use the private group chat between sessions. Meet again two weeks later and share what actually happened.
03 / Put it in the diary
Two Tuesday evenings, two weeks apart. Enough time to get to know the group—and actually try something between meetings.
Get to know each other through the work. Share current AI experiments, discuss a few real business challenges, and choose something to test before we meet again.
SESSION 01 / START THE CONVERSATIONCompare experiments, share new workflows, and work through the next set of questions. Then decide whether this is a group we want to keep building together.
SESSION 02 / FOLLOW THROUGHMitte or Prenzlauer Berg. A private room, exact venue not yet booked. We’ll confirm the location and access information by 3 November. If we can’t confirm the group and venue, everyone receives a full refund.
04 / Your host

I’ve run my own business since 2020. It has been profitable for about four and a half years, and I’ve been fully self-employed for about three and a half years.
I’m still launching new things and exploring how AI can help me build and run a business independently. I’d like people nearby to compare notes with—not just another feed to scroll through.
I’ll organise and facilitate the group, but I’m joining as a fellow founder, not as the person with all the answers.
“Building independently shouldn’t mean figuring everything out on your own.”
05 / Member-funded. Member-shaped.
We’re starting with a two-session pilot, not a long membership. Join the same small group twice, contribute to the conversations, and see whether it’s worth continuing.
Why it’s paid: your fee supports a private venue and the work of organising the group. That lets us set our own agenda without relying on sponsors. Future membership, if any, will be a separate decision.
FOUNDING PILOT / NOV 2026
One-time payment€59
+ VAT
€59 net, plus 19% German VAT (€70.21 at checkout). One-time. No automatic renewal.
Payment is required to complete your application. It does not guarantee a place. If we decline your application, the group is full, fewer than 10 approved, paid participants are confirmed, or we cancel the pilot, you receive a full refund. No fees deducted.
06 / Good questions
No. A concrete business project and real action matter more than revenue. You might be testing a service, validating an idea, or running an established business. You don’t need to build an AI product, but you should be using AI or testing a specific application of it in your work.
Yes, if you’re already trying it on a real business task and can bring that experience or a specific challenge. Your business experience is valuable, too. This pilot isn’t introductory training for people who only want to watch and listen.
Attend both sessions, bring at least one concrete example from your own work during the pilot, and offer thoughtful feedback to others. A failed experiment or a carefully framed question counts. You don’t need a presentation, a big public profile, or an outgoing personality.
We’re forming a small, committed group, not collecting expressions of interest. Submit your answers and pay €59 + VAT to complete your application. Alexey reviews the fit based on an active business project, practical AI use, and willingness to contribute. Payment is an advance payment for participation, not a non-refundable application fee. Your place is confirmed only after approval and confirmation that the pilot will run.
You receive a full refund, with no processing fees deducted. This also applies if we cannot offer you a seat because the group is full. We need at least 10 approved, paid participants and a confirmed venue by 3 November 2026, 18:00 CET. If either is missing, we cancel and refund everyone. We initiate these refunds within five business days of the decision; your bank may take additional time to show the money.
You can cancel for a full refund until 3 November 2026, 18:00 CET. After that, the pilot is a two-session package: there is no voluntary refund for a missed session, unless we can fill your place with another suitable participant. If we change a date or move outside the stated area, you can decline the change for a full refund. Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights remain unaffected. See the pilot terms for the full conditions.
Both evenings are planned for a private room in Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg. We’ll confirm the address and access information by 3 November. The private chat will be available during the November pilot; the platform will be confirmed with the group. After the two sessions we’ll decide whether to continue. Any future dates or fees will be offered separately, with no automatic subscription.
Not by default. No recording, AI transcription, publication of another member’s story, or use of their private material in AI tools without their explicit permission. Please anonymise customer information and only share material you have the right to share.
